房間挺大，性價比很高，前台還能幫忙叫車，附近是沒滴滴之類的，只有三輪車哦，前台002和007服務很好。很nice

此次入住體驗非常糟糕！嚴重噪音幹擾！酒店一樓的酒吧在夜間持續發出極大噪音！凌晨夜深人靜的時候極其明顯，整棟樓都在震！嚴重影響到客房內的休息。儘管窗户緊閉，聲響、震動聲仍清晰可聞，我入住的六樓整個樓棟包括電梯廳都清晰可見！導致我們整夜無法安眠。 我們本來就是晚上8點才辦理入住，第二天早上7點就走，一直吵到一點實在受不了，給酒店前台打電話，前台也是很搞笑，説ktv不歸他們管，難道明知道有嚴重噪音污染影響還售賣房間，虛假宣傳！明知道六樓被吵鬧還給我們六樓的房間，意思就是説讓我們自己忍受，解決不了，衹能給領導反應。我們就路過蒙山縣就住一次，損失讓顧客承擔嗎？非常敷衍的態度！説滿房了，後來我下大廳溝通卻給了我換房處理！明知道有空房間卻如此敷衍！並且換的11樓也可以聽到噪音和振動只是沒有六樓那麼明顯，一宿沒睡，我第二天六點多就給前台電話，7點就退房走了！因溝通換房間一直到凌晨1點半，夜間未得到充分休息，次日駕駛車輛時精神極度疲憊，存在嚴重安全隱患。作為一家以服務為核心的酒店，未能保障住客基本睡眠需求，且忽視投訴處理，實在令人失望。
我要求1. 要求酒店書面正式道歉 2. 針對此次入住體驗，要求退還部分房費作為補償； 望貴店在7個工作日內給予明確答覆。若未能妥善解決，我將向消費者協會及旅遊監管部門進一步反映。
